WWTBAM Live Roulette Slot Review
Many of the games we feature on spins involve either the spinning of the slot reels or live game show wheels. However our latest featured game has the spinning of the roulette wheel combined with a top TV quiz show and it’s all held together with a live game show experience. Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Roulette is the latest live game to be released by Playtech and it gives you the chance to win big multipliers in a special WWTBAM round.

How To Play Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Roulette
The basics of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Roulette are the same as any other roulette game. You have a table of numbers from 0 to 36 and a wheel. Players can bet on individual numbers, combinations, evens, odds, black, red etc. Once all the bets have been placed then the wheel is spun and where the ball lands is the winning number. All this is done live and therefore you have the pleasure of a live dealer spinning the ball and interacting with you whilst you play. But how does Who Wants To Be A Millionaire fit in?
The Exciting Millionaire Round
Before the wheel is spun some up to 10 numbers are chosen as millionaire numbers. The chosen numbers are marked with special symbols and these are indicated on the board and live screen. If the ball lands on one of the millionaire numbers then the corresponding multiplier will be paid out to those players who have won with that number. Some of the millionaire numbers however offer winning players a choice – the exciting WWTBAM bonus round or a fixed multiplier win. The bonus round doesn’t involve answering questions but instead predicting whether the highest mutliplier amount is behind A, B, C or D.
Up To 10 Levels
The bonus round, when activated, is live and all players can get involved – although only winning players actually win. You can potentially play up to 10 levels of the bonus round – with the multiplier win increasing at each stage when you get an answer correct. To help you at certain stages of the bonus round you may be awarded special lifelines like 50:50, phone a friend and ask the host. These lifelines can help you climb the levels by either reducing the options or making all the answers multipliers so hopefully they help you seek out a bigger win.
The Spin On Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Roulette
Playtech have devised a clever way to marry a live casino game with a popular TV quiz show. However it does feel a little bit of a cop out because the WWTBAM round doesn’t involve questions. That therefore turns the bonus round into a guessing game rather than an application of knowledge. Initially that’s fine but it does become tedious when the host says “we have another question” and it’s simply another guess the box. The lifelines aren’t always helpful either! But it’s fair to say that Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Roulette is still fun to play and can create some decent wins. It definitely brings an extra dimension to the traditional roulette wheel.
