Tokidoki Lucky Town Slot Review

According to Wikipedia, Tokidoki is a Japanese-inspired lifestyle brand created by Italian artist Simone Legno. It’s incredibly popular and has now made it’s way onto it’s very own slot game thanks to IGT. Tokidoki Lucky Town is a 5 reel slot with 40 paylines and features. The slot features images from the brand so you have things like unicorns, people dressed as cows, donuts and cactus, as well as faces on the usual King, Queen and Jack symbols.

The people dressed in funny outfits actually have real names such as Stellina, Donutella and Caramella. If you’ve never heard of Tokidoki then you’ll probably be as clueless as we were when we first discovered the game at Kerching.

Tokidoki Lucky Town has two main features: Stacked Wilds Feature and a Reel Reveal Feature. The latter includes Random Wilds, Random Multiplier, Expanding Wilds, Moofia Blind Box Picker and a Symbol Upgrade Feature depending on the reel (1 to 5). Apart from the wilds the Reel Reveal feature was reluctant to reveal itself during our trial play.

Despite the lack of familiarity with the theme, Tokidoki Lucky Town is a decent game. Graphically it’s amazing and probably one of the best slots around in terms of imagery. We’d have loved to see some features in action, but perhaps they may show themselves after a few more spins.

Tokidoki Lucky Town is available to play at Kerching and Pots Of Gold. Try it for free in demo mode.
