Ted Slot Review

Grab your Thunder Buddy as Ted is the latest movie to get it’s own slot game. Blueprint Gaming have teamed up with Seth McFarlane’s bear creation to create a five reel 20 payline slot which boasts five different features including Wheel Of Fartune, Bar Crawl and Super Mart Free Spins.

The game is exclusive to Sky Vegas and if you’re a fan of the film or McFarlane’s humour then this is the game for you. Designed for mobile, tablet and desktop you play Ted Slots from as little as 20p a spin all the way up to £200. There’s an autoplay feature too and that allows you to set number of plays, loss limit and win limit.

One thing you won’t see in the game is Mark Walberg. He doesn’t show as a symbol on the slots which instead feature a duck, a bong, beer, a sexy lady and of course Ted himself. Gameplay is punctuated by soundbites from Ted himself.

The main part of Ted Slots is the Thunder Buddies Bonus round which has five different options. When the bonus round triggers Ted invites you to spin the wheel to determine your bonus round: Wheel Of Fartune, Bar Crawl, Super Mart Free Spins, Flash Free Spins and the Big Money Bonus. We only managed to activate Wheel Of Fartune during our trial play.

Ted spends most of his time asleep at the foot of the reels, but occasionally will spring into life to trigger a modifier such as Laser Gun Wilds, Psychedelic Super Spin and Beer Streak. Disappointingly we didn’t see any of these modifiers in action.

One thing you’ll find whilst playing Ted a few times is that it’s definitely pitched at it’s movie audience. There are a few profanities thrown in for good measure and these add to the game’s theme rather than detract.

Ted Slots is a good movie themed game. It looks good, has a decent soundtrack and the soundbites from Ted are brilliant. If you’re a fan of Family Guy, American Dad and the like then you’ll love this slot which is exclusive to Sky Vegas players. If you feel like giving it a try then you can play for free in demo mode at Sky Vegas – we think it won’t be long before you choose to play for real.
