Jungle Spirit Slot Review
Net Entertainment have headed to the jungle for their latest slot release – Jungle Spirit: Call Of The Wild. The good news is that you won’t be encountering any celebrities . but instead you’ll be meeting some fierce creatures! These include snakes, bears and tigers in a setting not too far off the Aztec Zone in The Crystal Maze. Jungle Spirit: Call of the Wild Slot is a 5 reel slot which initially offers 243 ways to win. The graphics are stunning and the sounds of the wild help immerse you deep into the jungle experience.
How To Play Jungle Spirit Slots
Wagering on Jungle Spirit starts at 20p but by adjusting the level and coin size you can increase the wager per spin up to a maximum of £20. Autoplay options allow you to set a fixed number of spins whilst advanced settings allow you to set loss limits etc. We anticipate that autoplay may not be included in the game in the future. The pay table consists of animals as the higher paying symbols whilst A, K, Q, J and 10 make up the lower paying symbols. Five tigers will pay out x150 whilst elephants will pay x100.
As well as elephants and tigers there are also snakes, bearts, crocs, lotus flowers and butterflies taking up residence on the reels. The latter two may not be as scary as the others but they play an important role in the features part of this game. The butterflies can be found on the main animal symbols. When these appear in a winning line, expanded reels will come into play to give you a bigger win. This feature works in both the main game and on free plays.
Free spins are activated when the lotus flower scatter symbol appears on 3, 4 or 5 reels. The free spins round adds an extra row to the game and that means you’ll then be playing a 5 reel slot with 1024 potential winning combinations. At the start of the free spins round you’re given the choice of the number of spins you’d like to take. Pick the Tiger, Elephant, Bear, Crocodile or Cobra to get 4, 8, 12, 16, or 20 free spins respectively. Choosing the fewer spins option is high risk but can result in bigger wins.
The Spin On Jungle Spirit
Jungle Spirit is a graphically excellent game but like with a lot of NetEnt games, the main feature often goes missing for considerable numbers of spins. In fact during our trial play we found that wins were pretty thin on the ground. Whilst this isn’t unusual – bad luck happens – it did mean our spirit towards this jungle slot quickly waned. Despite this we would go back and play Jungle Spirit again – which is usually a sign of that we’ve been impressed with the game. We love the visuals and it’s also nice to play a slot without a TV or Movie tie-in.
